To start, send an email to info@thefairydogmother.ca to set up a complimentary meet and greet. During our meet and greet we will set up a profile for you in our software system. From there, all appointment booking, post walk report cards (with GPS tracking), and invoicing can be found online, through our software system called Pet Pocketbook.

Existing Clients

If you are already a valued client, simply log into your Pet Pocketbook account to select the 1 hour appointment arrival window in Pet Pocketbook. You will receive a confirmation of your appointment request within 24 hrs.

Dog walking schedules are created and finely tuned on Sunday for the upcoming week.

We ask that clients put their request in by Sunday at noon. Last minute bookings are not guaranteed, however we will do everything we can to try to accommodate.

If you're new to our dog walking services, please reach out to us to set up a complimentary meet and greet. You can do this by sending an email to info@thefairydogmother.ca or by calling us at 877-FDM-WALK (877-336-9255). At the Meet and Greet we'll be delighted to create a client file for you on Pet Pocketbook to facilitate future scheduling.
